Prices are per week.
The high season in 2024 is from 6 July to 31 August, the middle season is from 20 April to 6 July and from 31 August to 2 November.
From April to October and during school holidays the gites are only rented by the week; arrival and departure are on Saturdays. During the other seasons please contact us about the opportunities.
The rental price includes: bath towels, kitchen towels.
Not included are: tourist tax, energy costs and final cleaning. The rental period is confirmed when the deposit of 200,00 € has been paid. The total rental price must be deposited in our bank account 21 days before arrival. Within 14 days after leaving, the deposit will be refunded with deduction of possible damages.
You can rent a cot and/or a highchair, if so please reserve in advance.
Extra bath towels and kitchen towels can be rented during your stay.
For our guests a washing machine and a dryer are available.

Our motto is: “If you are happy, we are happy”, which translates into the following. On arrival you will find:
- A clean gîte. We do the cleaning ourselves, so you do not have to put up with the previous guest’s notion of “clean”.
- A fully made-up bed.
- Bath and kitchen linen are ready for you.
- There is a stock of basics, such as oil, vinegar, herbs, coffee (filter bags), tea, sugar, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper.
We expect you to handle your and our things carefully and to leave the apartment tidy after use.
Meals
Table d’hôte
We prepare meals for our guests onel time a week. These meal consist of three courses and are accompanied by house wine.
Price: € 30.00 per person.
Bread service
During high season you can order croissants and baguettes one day in advance and we will collect these for you in the village the next morning.
General conditions
Rent includes VAT and the rental period is confirmed if a down payment of 25 % of the rental price has been made. The remaining amount should be in our bank account a fortnight before arrival date.
The rent includes use of bed, bath and kitchen linen.
On your arrival day we will be glad to welcome you between 4 and 6 o’clock in the afternoon. On your departure, the accommodation should be vacated between 8 and at 10 a.m.
Energy costs will be charged according to consumption (€ 0,40 per kWh).
No smoking in the holiday cottage.
Cancellation
If cancelled after receipt of the deposit by the landlord, the following amount will be charged.
Prior to the 56th day before arrival: 25% or the rent
From 56 to 42 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
From 42 to 21 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
From 21 days before arrival: 100% of the rent
