Le Muguet

A delightfully airy and comfortable cottage for 2 to 4 people.

Le Muguet is the first cottage you come across when entering the courtyard of Lavau. Its unique position provides panoramic views of the surrounding countryside with farmland interspersed with clumps of trees and orchards.

The cottage was constructed in 2012 in the old stable block. This new cottage meets all the requirements of modern living but still has many period features. A short tour of the cottage: You enter the cottage in the living room, which has a dining area and a cosy living space with television & DVD player, radio and CD player. To the right is a well kitted-out kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The hall off the living room has three doors. One gives access to a spacious bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.6 x 2 m (5’4’’ x 6’8’’). The second leads to the separate toilet and the last opens to a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower of 0.9 x 1.2 m (3’ x 4’) and a bathroom cabinet with double wash basin. The stairs in the living room lead to a second bedroom with twin beds measuring 0.9 x 2m (3’ x 6’8’’) each.

The outside space of Le Muguet boasts two patios: one that catches the morning sun for breakfast, the other, a few steps lower with adjacent garden, faces west.
